Guide of using Prevident products
Step 1
Talk to your dentist about your concerns and find out whether PreviDent is right for you. If you and your dentist decide you should use PreviDent, you will get a prescription for the proper product.
Step 2
Buy the product agreed by your doctor: PreviDent 5000 Prescription Strength Toothpaste, PreviDent Brush-On Gel or PreviDent Dental Rinse. Use your product as prescribed.
Step 3
Use PreviDent 5000 Prescription Strength Toothpaste twice on a daily basis, upon waking up and before going to bed. Apply toothpaste to a toothbrush, brush teeth for as a minimum one minute, spit out all toothpaste.
Step 4
Use PreviDent Brush-On Gel once every day, preferably before bedtime. Use after brushing and rinsing. Apply the gel in a thin strip directly to your teeth or to your mouth tray. Leave on for one minute and spit out all gel.
Step 5
Use PreviDent Dental Rinse just the once a week, preferably before bedtime. Use regarding two teaspoonfuls after brushing your teeth plus rinse your mouth thoroughly for one minute. Spit out all mouth rinse.
